This year’s conference will be an opportunity to come together to learn the latest on the Alliance and the Cool Farm Tool, as well as explore the opportunities for collaboration to carry the Alliance and Tool forwards to support your sustainable goals and supply chain farmers.
The first day of the Conference (28th March) is for CFA Members only with a primary focus on:
- CFA Update, looking both backwards over the huge amount of activity over the last year and forwards to an exciting future.
- Harnessing Collaboration with the Alliance. We will look at the potential that lies within the Alliance and our Partners, explore ways to collaborate for greater impact.
- Our formal Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The second day (29th March) is an open meeting, which will focus on:
- Latest updates on the Cool Farm Tool.
- CFA Member case studies on their experiences in deploying the CFT into their supply chains.
- Interactive workshop sessions on the CFT, its functionality, usability and future direction.

This year’s annual meeting will be held at Robinson College, Cambridge. Robinson College, a part of the University of Cambridge, is located near the city centre, close to the train station and the main bus station. The meeting will run from Thursday 28th March to Friday 29th March.
The meeting for members only begins the morning of Thursday, 28th March. Guests are invited to join in the evening for a three-course dinner on Thursday evening and for the meeting on Friday, 29th March.
WiFi will be available for all delegates throughout the event.
Cambridge is easily reached by coach or train from Stansted or central London. If driving, limited parking is available at Robinson College on a first-come, first-serve basis. This parking is off-site and a shuttle will be provided to transport you between the parking area and the college. Alternatively, parking is available at city centre car parks or at any of the Park & Rides just outside the city.
Ensuite single rooms are available at Robinson College; rooms are equipped with WiFi, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, towels and complementary toiletries. Accommodation includes breakfast. Tickets for room bookings on 27th and 28th are available as separate items on the ticketing page, and these are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Additionally, Cambridge has a range of hotels in close proximity to Robinson College.
